Who we are
We started Common Room to bring companies closer to their communities. Since our founding in 2020, we’ve raised over $50 million from top-tier investors like Greylock, Index, Madrona, and 25+ leading operators.
We use a hybrid work model based on the
best West Coast. Our HQ is in Seattle, and we have offices located in San Francisco and Vancouver, British Columbia.
If you’re excited about ambitious goals, crispy solutions, and the future of community, we’d love to hear from you.
We believe how we work determines what we achieve. Our core values guide everything we do, from hiring discussions to product decisions.
We work backwards from the needs of our customers. The crisp articulation of customer value guides our decisions.
Strive for Simplicity
We choose simplicity over complexity whenever possible. We seek to identify and understand the essential quality of what we are building.
Make it Happen
We are quick to take the first step, and prioritize decisiveness over fear of making a mistake. We don’t confuse motion for movement and we measure ourselves on impact over actions.
We’re In this Together
We measure personal success by the success of our customers and teammates. Relationships matter, and the strongest ones are built on trust, enablement, and transparency.
It’s important to feel supported both in and outside of work.
From day one, we’ve prioritized creating an inclusive culture where everyone can do their best work. We’d love to have you join us.
We're West Coasters
