Intro to Segments

In this lesson we’re going to cover what segments are, how to create and add members to a segment, how to manage segments, and finally, how to generate a report on a segment. So. What are segments? Segments are used when you plan to take action on a group of members in your community who meet some predefined criteria. For example, maybe you want to identify, track and reward top performers in your community, or maybe you want to track members in community programs like a champion or ambassador program. You can do that with Segments.
