Koala is sunsetting its product and has named Common Room its preferred partner in helping its customers navigate this transition.

I won’t try to sum up what the team at Koala has achieved over the past four years on behalf of its customers—I think cofounder and CEO Tido Carriero already said it best in the blog post I linked to above.

Instead, I want to use this post to focus on what’s most important: providing Koala’s customers with support and reassurance.
