With our latest enhancements to our CSV member uploads, you can now set up separate sources in Common Room for each of your CSVs. Additionally, you can now do more with your uploads, such as uploading individuals without emails, updating custom fields, and more. See our docs for more information.

This launch includes support for Reddit and Dev.to and enables marketing and community teams to quickly identify posts and articles with a high rate of engagement that might be going viral. Key field widgets surface critical fields on member and organization profiles like revenue, product usage, account score, and more. With key fields front and center on member and org profiles, reps can quickly spot relevant details and prioritize their time more effectively. Common Room admins can now create segment templates based on key member attributes (such as activity, tasks, demographics, product usage, and more), enabling playbook sharing across any size team at scale. With top playbook segments easily accessible, sellers and community managers can spend more time running proven plays on key members and organizations and less time cobbling together data.
