Step 1: Add and enrich contacts and accounts via Chrome Extension

Let’s say we’re an AE or SDR.

We want to be able to access all of the customer intelligence in Common Room whenever we’re active in our CRM, as well as enrich or action on contacts and accounts on the fly.

Once our Common Room Chrome Extension is activated, we can do all of the above, all from the same tab.

Let’s start with enrichment.

If we come across a contact or account in SFDC that isn’t currently tracked in Common Room, we can run them through our identity resolution and waterfall enrichment engine—Person360™— with the press of a button.

All we’d do is select Add and enrich contact from our extension.

Now that the prospect or company has been added, Common Room will automatically create a unified profile for them that we can access at any time inside of Common Room or outside of it using our Chrome Extension.

These profiles give us key information on every contact and account, like industry, size, capital raised, ARR, names, job titles, work histories, email addresses, phone numbers, cross-channel signals, and more.


Step 2: Access Common Room intelligence via Chrome Extension

Let’s say we’re looking through our SFDC instance and want more context on a contact or account.

We’d simply pull up our Chrome Extension to access their Common Room profile from the same screen.

Every data point and buying signal associated with this prospect or company is right at our fingertips, including web visits, product usage, social engagements, open-source activity, job changes, job listings, news items, and much more.

Step 3: Action on contacts and accounts via Chrome Extension

We can take action on contacts and accounts in our CRM directly from our Chrome Extension.

That includes adding prospects and companies to segments and sending contacts to specific outbound sequences.

We can even generate an AI message snippet to use in outreach directly from our extension.
