The Team Usage Overview section contains reports that help you understand how your team is leveraging Common Room.
Requirements
Plan and role
The following is required to view the Business Overview reports:
- Either the Team and Enterprise plans
- Common Room user must be assigned `admin` role

Reports
Team Usage Overview consists of the following pre-built reports.
Page | Description |

User engagement | Quickly understand the DAU, WAU and MAU of Common Room usage where usage is defined as a page view within the app (Note that usage is tracked for users that have been assigned to a role). Also includes a user last active table that shows a summary of activity for all users in a room. |
User activity | Get a breakdown of the user actions that your users are taking within Common Room |
Segment activity | Get a breakdown of user actions in Common Room by segment |
Note that only users that have are assigned to a Role will be included in engagement or activity reports.
FAQ
How are WAU and MAU defined?
WAU is calculated on a rolling 7 day window and MAU is calculated on a rolling 28 day window.
