Connect Qualified to Common Room to connect the dots of chat activity and with the rest of the customer journey—everything from dark funnel activity to product usage data to conversations happening in your community.
Common Room allows you to take action on chat activity and metadata from the conversation like the status, assignee, participants, and conversation rating.
Availability
Qualified is included on the Enterprise plan and is available as an add-on for Starter and Team plans.
How to get started
- Ensure that your Qualified data is accessible via fields on your Salesforce objects (e.g. lead, contact, account, opportunity) or Hubspot (e.g. contact, company, deal)
- Create custom fields in Common Room that will store the Qualified data
- Use our inbound data field mapping for Salesforce or Hubspot to map the Qualified data into Common Room
