Smartlead Integration Guide

Overview

Smartlead helps teams automate and scale personalized outbound campaigns. By integrating Smartlead with Common Room, you can add enriched contacts from Common Room directly into Smartlead campaigns.

How to get started

To connect your Smartlead account to Common Room, go to your Smartlead Settings page to find your API Key. Copy the key and paste it into the Common Room Smartlead integration to complete the connection.

Once connected, you can now add Contacts from Common Room to your Smartlead Campaigns:

Connecting RoomieAI

You can use RoomieAI messaging when sending contacts to Campaigns in Common Room.

To connect RoomieAI messages to your Smartlead Campaigns, go to the Smartlead settings in Common Room. From there, map each Campaign and the corresponding campaign variable you want to associate with the RoomieAI message snippet.
