How to get started
Users and leads/contacts need to exist in your CRM before they can be synced to Groove, which means an SFDC CRM connection is required to have Common Room add Contacts to Groove Flows. Please contact your CSM or support@commonroom.io if you'd like to learn more about using Common Room with Groove.
