- All videos from a specific channel or channels
- Videos from any channel that match one or more specific hashtags or keywords
Import History
For the YouTube integration, Common Room will import all videos from the channels you’ve specified, and the last 30 days of videos matching the hashtags and keywords you’ve specified. Common Room is able to pull in up to 10,000 subscribers and 500 videos per channel, and 5 channels are able to be tracked at a time by default. If you update the configuration, these changes are only forward-looking.
Sync Frequency
For the YouTube integration, Common Room will automatically import new videos and comments within a few hours after they are posted on YouTube.
FAQ
Are live streams able to be imported?
No, we do not currently import live streams. If you’d like to see these features or others, join Uncommon and let us know.
How far back will Common Room look to find video comments?
We refresh comments for the last 500 videos that were posted in the last 30 days.
The keywords I'm tracking are bringing in irrelevant Contacts and Activity, what should I do?
Prior to adding the keyword in your YouTube signal, search for the keyword on YouTube to validate it’s pulling in relevant information for your organization. If not, we don't recommend tracking this keyword in Common Room, as these are the videos that will be brought into the platform.
