Setup
Currently, this integration has to be configured by the Common Room team. We'll work directly with you to setup the integration quickly so you can get started.
Open Common Room.
Navigate to Settings → Signals.
Select Experience Cloud and click get set up.
Requirements
The Salesforce Experience Cloud integration with Common Room is available on the Enterprise plan. You must be an admin of your Salesforce Experience Cloud instance, with "View All" permission for FeedItem and TopicAssignment types, in order to set up the integration.
Technical Details
Contacts and Activity
When you connect your Experience Cloud integration, activities are created for every post and reply in the forum that occurred within the import history window. Contacts are created by the users who created these posts and replies. We will also track replies that have been marked as the best answer.
Import History and Sync Frequency
Common Room will import all your Experience Cloud activities over the past 30 days and will stay up to date with new activities every 30 minutes.
